When logging on to the game I was notified that my Ultimate Edition rewards were claimed, only for me to get the 2000 points and an evo slot with no Season Pass unlocked
Hey RedpandaW , have you tried logging out and signing back in to help synchronise your account? You could also try restarting your console and playing a couple of matches. It usually helps in similar situations.
I have the exact same issue. I'vet tried logging in and out, restarting, opening tickets, etc., all to no avail.
EA_Pulsar, @ea could you consider reopening this ticket / issue? Sounds like there are many in the same boat.

hi, i pre ordered the EA Sports FC26 Ultimate Edition before August 26th, and I’ve already received all the other preorder rewards like the debut icon and the FC points, but I still haven’t gotten premium season pass.
i have checked my game and account several times and everything else from the preorder is there. The season pass is just missing. Could you please help me get this sorted out before the Season ends, so I can get all my premium season awards. Or let me know what’s going on with it?
