No rival points
Played my first games of rivals for season 3 tonight & realised I havent been getting any points towards weekly rewards. Can anyone explain exactly what's going on here?

I have the same issue on PS5 won 4 games and after winning a game I did not get any coins and also I didn't get the 3 points and my progress still says 0/15 despite me winning games and I should be in 12 points by now but its still says 0/15 points.
Same thing here won 2 games and didn’t get coins or my 3 points for rivals. Also 1 of these games was a promotion game. Ea need to compensate. I’ve tried looking for an email or a way to contact ea but can’t find anything at all
