Not able to play any online matches till date- PC

I am unable to play any online matches. Everytime i start a seasons match or fut online match, I cant move my players, Player switch doesnt work. players dont move after pressing any direction, passe...

I’m having this same issue, gone through several YouTube videos trying to sort this and nothing has worked. Surely someone in EA is tracking these conversations on the forums and can at least tell us the recognise the issue and are working on a fix and give us an ETA for the patch right?
