3 months agoHello, everyone. We're currently investigating this. At the moment, the best we can advise is to go through the connection troubleshooting steps here.
You also can check the quality of your connection with the Connection Quality Report. If that test shows any packet loss, it's possible that is why you're lagging/disconnecting. That would be an issue with the ISP or your home network equipment.
We'll provide an update when we have one. If this is an issue with the ISP, there is little we can do to help.
