sagarrawat004 Bro, this is typical Jio Customer Service script. They always say this. I called their phone, they said the same thing. I chatted with the, they again said the same thing. I have already done this. Won’t make any difference.
You need to explain the issue in details and raise complaint with Jio’s nodal officer. They won’t take it seriously otherwise.
