I know you are trying to rule out factors as you're trained to do, but I've been using Wi-Fi for 6 years now and never faced any problems of such nature in Ultimate Team until it started 8-10 days ago. So please focus on the main issue.
You don't need to take my word for it. There's pretty much an unlimited amount of resources outside of these forums that will tell you wireless is not good for gaming.

And EA is a profit-driven conglomerate that cares the least about its customers; You don't need to take my word for it.
I never said a wired connection isn't better for gaming, but suggesting that a wireless connection with 90%+ signal strength will suddenly break the game is obnoxious.

Any amount of packet loss is bad. Data is being sent that is not being received. You don't have to take my word for it though. There is plenty of information online that supports that. Regardless, we'll keep an eye out for any issues on our end.

I've been playing this game since FUT 22 and always has been on the WiFi as well. There was no issues in the past iterations of the game in relation to my network then why just now? Also, The issue seems to be only limited to the FUT gamemode rest works completely fine on the same network.
Also, since you blamed the ISP, JIO is a major service provider, they simply just can't block out the users from accessing the Fc26 servers and that too specific to the FUT one. And I have many known friends who play on JIO and there are no interruptions like this on their FUT games.
From my match history, you can clearly see that I’m able to play the first two games without any issues. However, the third match consistently becomes unplayable whenever I try to complete an EVO or SBC. The game fails to load players in time, and I end up getting kicked out due to a server timeout.
It's pretty evident that this issue is linked to the game rather than the ISP. If you want I can link multiple forums where people all over the world are complaining about disconnection and similar error messages popping up.
It's honestly dissapointing that the game I have paid for is completely unaccesible to me and the support team instead of investigating is putting the blame back on the end user.

I’m not using JIO. And have not been able to play since Black Friday promo- game gets dc during menu/ doing SBC/ squad battle games.
all other online games work fine including CS2
