Not been able to play the game for weeks. Having trouble with EA connection.

More than 3 weeks have passed since my first post. No help from forum or from chats with EA. Try to raise a complaint - nobody can help. Try to get the game fixed - nobody can help. Getting “we’re having trouble connecting to the EA servers at this time” about 15-20 times a day while trying to play. Being given losses in champs games that are 0-0. Why can nobody seem to help?
