Not Receiving Rivals Rewards After Wins (PS5)

I won several Division Rivals matches but received no coins, no Rivals points, and no division progress afterward. There were no errors or disconnects. Same happened with Thunderstruck Flash Event 4, where I did not get coins after the match.

Any idea why this happened or what might be causing it?
