Objective for Spain kits & badge

I was trying to complete the objective for the Spain kits & badge (Europe > England+Spain > Tiki Taka), but the system would not allow me complete the rest of the tasks after the 1st 5 have been completed. Is there a way to 'unlock' the remaining tasks so I can complete them & get the Spain kits & badge? See the attached pics.
