Objective Transfer market

I was doing the objective where you had to do the starter evolution to get the promition to get in the transefermarket. After doing the evolution I claimed it and went to check the objective. But it was not done. So now I have no transfermarket and no way to get it. And I have spent way too much money on fifapoits and I can’t sell the players. Any tips?!
