Official PC Survey - We want to hear your performance feedback.

Hey everyone, we're continuing to work on PC performance updates for EA SPORTS FC 26, and we'd like to know more about the technical issues you might be experiencing.

this is not supposed to be a catch-all thread for all issues, but only specifically if you've got any questions regarding the PC performance survey.

If you want to report another issue, please use the search function to see if a thread already exists about your topic, or otherwise create it yourself.

Also keep in mind that this section is English only. We're supporting a number of additional languages on the forum, and if you're more comfortable in your native language, please post there.

EA_Vendcera This survey is ineffective. Most of the questions—like "What resolution do you use?", "What is your refresh rate?", "What are your graphics settings?"—only have one concrete answer.
You are so out of touch with reality that you fail to understand that people have been trying to solve these issues on their own for a month. Of course, the vast majority of them have already tried every possible combination of settings and graphics options: different FPS limits, enabling and disabling V-Sync, switching between windowed and full-screen modes, and absolutely everything else imaginable. None of it helped to resolve the problem.
You should at least add an option that says, "I have tried various settings and the issue persists" to stop collecting meaningless data.

EA_Vendcera The 1.3 Patch that came out today ruined the game on PC. There is a huge input delay that the new patch is causing, making the game unplayable in online games modes in Ultimate Team. Each input on a controller takes 2–3 seconds before the player does what I "clicked" on the controller. Is there any fix? I'd also like to mention that before the patch everything was running perfectly. I've already created a topic on the forum in regard to that issue.

The input lag has become incredibly frustrating from the very beginning of the game, and we can't play like PlayStation players. We play on good days and bad days. Will you address the lag and frame rate issues?
