once again disconnecting issues

Why is it every time i win a match the match ends i get taken back to the main menu i go back into ultimate team then i get that “disconnection warning” message. i know it’s not my wifi **bleep** getting old. if not the other big issue is when the other person leaves & it doesn’t give me the win. **bleep** annoying.
