Opponent got 5 red cards, got kicked out

My ping was 15ms throughout the game, with 0% packet loss, as soon as the player got 5 red cards, I got kicked out with a message saying I that disconnected, I lost the game somehow, but my teammate won. 

Any idea how to solve this issue?
