Payed for EA Play and bought Ultimate Edition and can’t load ultimate team
I paid over $100 between both of these and I cannot get into ultimate team? What is going on???? Does anyone at EA have the ability to fix this?? I’m on PS5

I have been trying all day to get on ultimate team , I paid for the pre order and ea play. I open the game and I have no option for ultimate team , clubs or career. It’s been well over 15 hours now ….
Same here on ps5 been trying for almost 5 hours now
Same it said not possible to connect to ultimate team
No one from EA has even replied or acknowledged this
The craziest part about it all is EA sports not replying or even acknowledging any of this
