PC - Input Lag Delay after creating new profile and cant delete Cloud data

I always had since 1-2 weeks some input lag (not that much), 3 days ago I played with my friend's account and after logging on his account from the same pc and connection I noticed that with his account I had 0 Input lag, the game was perfect, so out of curiosity I decided to recreate a new profile on my account and now my input lag is multiplied by 10, and the cool thing is that I can't delete my cloud data because EA has removed the option
I contacted EA support to cancel every cloud data on my account but no answer
