PC Constant Disconnections in Every Online Mode (Unplayable - 100% Repro Rate)

I am writing this out of pure frustration as a PC player of EA SPORTS FC 26. Since launch, I have been completely unable to play a single online match. Whether it is Pro Clubs, Rush, or Division Rivals, the moment I match with an opponent, the connection drops immediately and kicks me back to the main menu. I have tried every possible troubleshooting step including deleting the AppData folder, verifying game file integrity on Steam, and checking my network and DNS settings. Nothing works. This is clearly a critical defect within the game itself, not my local network. I paid nearly 100 dollars for this game. Is it acceptable to sell a product where the core online features are literally non-functional? I want a real fix. Fix this immediately. You have taken my money; now provide a working product.
