PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

Same problem for me I could only pass the ball, but after changing refresh rate to 60hz I can't even do that. It's a disgrace to charge people almost 90$ for a game that doesn't even work.
