PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

I can't move my player at all on Rush, playing draft offline and squad battles it works normally but when I get in rush game I can't do anything.
