PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

This is not 100% working. I had hope for around 10 minutes during a game, then it again failed entirely. This year's release is a total joke. Incredible lag and delay, fps dropping to 10-20 out of the blue, controller not working. it's more like an alpha than an actual release ready game...
