PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

my issue is kinda different, when im in a game im getting the stable 60 fps however the gameplay is in slowmo, like a youtube vid put in 0.25x speed, any help with that, i tried every combination possible with limiting fps, unlimiting, vsync off and on, all nvidea controls as well, nothing fixes it.
