PC Controller NOT WORKING online

I've been trying to play since the game came out. I paid for the ultimate version and paid extra money to be able to play early. I can play normal squad battles, moments, and rush, but when i try to play tournaments or rivals, everything stops working. There's a delay with my players; they stand still, run off anywhere, do anything, or just don't work. How long are we going to continue like this? It's been 4 days, I love the game, I want to enjoy what I paid for

    I got the same problem especially during the match in Rivals mode. However, when I played with the other modes, they worked fine.

    This is totally nonsense and not worth the money we spent for the game that can't even play properly  for its main game content...

    Hope this issue will be fixed ASAP by the "RESPONSIBLE" EA team : (
