PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

Hey all, while our team continues to investigate this, we just want to thank you for your patience and feedback.

What might help some of you is updating 
First, make sure your graphics drivers and your controller's firmware are up to date. Then reboot the game and use just your controller, not your keyboard or mouse, once the game opens up again.

In order to get this sorted asap, we would like if you could grab and share the following information with us:

• Do you have any external devices connected?
• If so can you remove and try again:
• Does the issue occur at specific times or place:
