PC Disconnect

I've been having the same issue as everyone else with Rivals, and now I'm getting disconnected from Squad Battles matches. I have not been able to get rewards from Rivals because of disconnect issues, and now will get 0 points from a squad battles match where every point is important for rewards. I request compensation.
