(PC) FIX PC DISCONNECTS

I can't play on PC, EVERY GAME I play in any mode it disconnects me, please fix this, I've had this problem since Thursday , I can't play Champions League. I'd like to know if they're going to give me more time or if they're going to give me a compensation reward.
