Problem Description
The game crashes consistently during gameplay.
The crash never happens in menus. It only occurs during an actual match.
Game modes tested:
- Player Career
- FIFA World Cup Mode
Both crash with exactly the same behavior.
Typical sequence:
- Match runs normally.
- During gameplay (often after a pass, shot or goal, but not always).
- Around 1–2 seconds later:
- game freezes
- audio starts looping/buzzing
- Sometimes the game recovers after 1–3 seconds.
- A few minutes later it freezes again permanently.
- Around 20–30 seconds later the game closes/crashes.
- Windows immediately works normally again.
No BSOD.
No system restart.
Event Viewer
The only error consistently logged is:
EA Javelin Anticheat
ExitType: 95 (267)
No additional Application Error is logged.
No nvlddmkm errors.
No Display driver timeout.
No WHEA errors.
Hardware Stability Tests
The following OCCT tests all completed successfully with zero errors:
- CPU
- Memory (RAM)
- VRAM
- GPU 3D
The system is completely stable during stress testing.
Troubleshooting Already Performed
- Clean Windows 11 installation
- Updated motherboard BIOS to latest (F14a)
- Updated AMD chipset drivers
- DDU used to completely remove NVIDIA drivers
- Fresh installation of NVIDIA driver 610.92
- Steam file verification completed
- EA AntiCheat completely removed and reinstalled multiple times
- SFC /scannow
- DISM RestoreHealth
- Disabled MSI Afterburner
- Removed RTSS
- Disabled Process Lasso
- Removed Gigabyte AI Snatch
- No CPU or GPU overclock
- Only EXPO enabled
- Secure Boot enabled
- TPM 2.0 enabled
Other games (for example Forza Horizon, BF6) run perfectly stable.
Additional Information
The issue appears to happen only during actual gameplay and is fully reproducible.
Because:
- CPU stress test passes
- RAM stress test passes
- VRAM stress test passes
- GPU stress test passes
- Windows logs no hardware or graphics driver errors
I currently suspect this may be related to FC 26 itself or EA Javelin rather than faulty hardware.
Has anyone with Ryzen 9000 series and RTX 5000 series hardware experienced the same issue?
