[PC] Game Crashes Instantly on Launch — Still No Fix After a Week (#225809452)

Hello,
I need this case (#225809452) to be escalated to a supervisor or senior technical engineer immediately.

My issue has been ongoing for over a week, and I’ve spent more than 50 hours trying every troubleshooting step and contacting support over and over again — with no real progress.

Honestly, this has become exhausting and beyond frustrating.
I feel like every advisor just keeps giving me the same scripted responses or tries to push my case aside instead of actually helping.
It’s starting to feel like support agents are just looking for the easiest tickets to close, while serious issues like mine are being ignored.

Please forward this directly to higher-level staff who can access backend logs or provide real updates — I’m tired of being redirected and I just want my problem fixed properly.

    Same. I can't even log into the EA App 99% of the time anymore. Gives me internet connection error message despite my network being perfectly fine.

    I have the same issue since Thursday night, I have tried everything, i even reinstallad windows as a last resort... NOTHING works!

    I tried to play on my account at my friends house, same problem... but when he logged into his sons account no problems... so i think it is something in our accounts and anti cheat that is causing problems.. so this is a problem on EA side and they need to fix this... The most bothering thing is the silence, if they even acknowledge that they know of this problem and are  trying to fix this i would feel much better.. but this? NOTHING!! Im set back a week soon  and missing all the new cool stuff   on ultimate team. this sucks
