PC Graphics settings reset every game

Since day one I saw a video on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ag94gRvA9w) with settings that left my game perfect, I had no issues and everything was responsive, then, after the first patc...

UPDATE:

Now the settings reset even in game, every pause I check them and they always reset, the game becomes super unresponsive.
