PC version still has this massive controller input delay issue?

How is it possible that the PC version still has huge controller input delay making the game unplayable online? I'm actually physically hurting myself because of that problem. I lose my temper really badly with that problem and then I hurt myself, because gamepads cost money and i don't. I know it's really stupid and i  should just stop playing this crap, but I've paid for this and spent a lot of time on it and I love football and gaming. And really, there can't be such a problem. It's just completely impossible. Could you please fix that problem and end my misery?
