Permenant Football Soccer ban
I received the ban page as soon as I logged in into FC 26, the ban states that my account has been suspected of coins transfer, and I was banned from playing any of their games ever again. What happened the day before is that I got the new released card 98 rated Luis Diaz futties version from a tradable pack, then immediately sold him for over 800 k coins, 820-835 k coins to be exact, in the official transfer market btw, then decided to buy a 600 k coins pack from the game's store then got really good players ( 99 rated Ronaldinho). And I think that this is what triggered their AI anti-cheat system (idk what it's name is) that ultimately banned my account permenantly.
I have already submitted multiple ban appeals using the ban history tool, and they all were denied by the AI generated response while not providing a clear reason or explanation. I have been a player and a supporter for this company since 2022 and have never participated in such activity and never even thought about it, and it's sad to see my account get permenantly banned over a stupid mistake made by an AI defense system. Hello. Bans appeals are reviewed by a human. If you have used up all your appeals, the ban will need to remain in place since they haven't found any evidence that warrants overturning it.
