Ps5 Unable to connect
I’ve been dealing with an issue where I cannot access Clubs on PS5. Every time I select Clubs, I immediately get the message:
“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again.”
The error appears instantly, before Clubs even starts loading.
Important details:
- Every other online mode (Ultimate Team, Seasons, etc.) works normally.
- My internet connection is fine.
- I’ve restarted my PS5, restored licenses, reinstalled the game, rebuilt the database, and cleared cache.
- My friend logged into my EA account on his PS5, and Clubs worked perfectly.
- This makes it seem like the issue is specific to my PS5 or my local Clubs profile/data, not my EA account.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything else I can try?
If anyone from EA sees this, could you please check my Clubs profile and account logs to see why my PS5 is being denied access to Clubs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
