Players disappear in season matches

I am currently in division 3 and everytime I start a game 1 of my players will disappear from the field. First it was one of the strikers, then 1 CB, now even worst the goalkeeper dissapears. The game is unplayable at this point, the only solution is to ask for a mutual quit. Unfortunately many players will take an easy W against a broken team. Ive had my record damaged due to this. How can this be fixed?
