Players Disappeared After Listing on Transfer Market – No Coins Received

I listed several players on the transfer market, and a few minutes later when I checked my transfer list, they were completely gone. They are not in Listed, Sold, or Unassigned, and I didn’t receive any coins for them. It’s like they just disappeared.
Please investigate this issue. I lost valuable players and received no compensation
