PlayStation 5 USB connected Controller does not work in online modes on PCZ

Unfortunately I cannot move, pass, or shoot - I cannot control my own player(s) in EAFC26 online Modes

My PlayStation 5 USB-C connected controller does not work during the match. However, I can access pause menu, enter settings, enter stats or leave the game.

Any fixes coming? I guess it should not work like this

Steam Ultimate Edition user

PlayStation 5 controller connected via USB-C. Does not work through Bluetooth either.
