Please help
Hello, I haven’t played a soccer game since probably 2019. I just bought FC26 to play with my friends and when I login it says I’m PERMANENTLY banned? I literally haven’t played in years and I don’t get it. It says in my ban history I was permanently banned twice. Please help, I’m not sure if my account was hacked or what but I’d really like to play or get a refund at the least. I’m on Xbox so I can’t even cheat
