Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for points to be added to your account. If you still don't have them by then, this article shows what our live support team are going to need to help you.

The thing is.. I then paid £0.99 for 100 fc points and they registered to the game so I’m wondering why my first 5800 didn’t?
