Please return the players that were lost due to a webapp glitch.
At around 8:50 AM on December 12th, when I completed an SBC in the webapp, a webapp glitch caused players I had not selected to disappear.
I used the Team Builder feature with the "Gold Common" and "Ignore Position" settings.
When I did this, the Chelsea goalkeeper, Roberto Sanchez, with an overall rating of 78 and a Gold Common rating, was lined up.
I own the evolution rarity version of Roberto Sanchez with an overall rating of 84.
Therefore, since I also had the Gold Common version, I assumed that the Team Builder feature had lined up the 78 Roberto Sanchez, and completed the SBC.
When I did this, for some reason the 84 Sanchez had disappeared.
On December 17th, EA's technical team promised to investigate, but 10 days have passed and nothing has changed.
Not only have I not received my Sanchez, I can't even start a new evolution. I'm suffering from a bug caused by a bug. A log analysis would immediately reveal the validity of what I'm saying.
And I was shocked. There are many players who have suffered the same pain as me at the hands of EA. So, is EA still refusing to admit its mistake and continuing to avoid taking the right action? How many more victims do you intend to create?

I currently only own the Gold Common Roberto Sanchez.
I searched for players with evolutions that are applicable to anyone 86 or below.
When I tried to select the Gold Common Roberto Sanchez, for some reason it was marked as having the Evolution version and I couldn't select it.
On December 12th, when my 84-overall Roberto Sanchez disappeared in the SBC, I was not at fault. This is evidence that an EA glitch caused the Sanchez to disappear in an abnormal way, corrupting the data. If I had mistakenly traded the evolved Sanchez, it should now appear that I no longer have the Evolution version, right? Please analyze the past data and logs and return my Roberto Sanchez with an overall rating of 84.
