PLS HELP ME

I buy this game weeks before.

I used the EA play trial but after the 10 hour , i cant play the game.

i buy the ultimate edition in agust and it was expensive , but now, i cant play my favorite game, and i didt get my fifa points and pre ordered icon.

The game says i need to uprgrade , but i pre ordered this game , all i see is upgrade fc news and settings.
