Poor connection

Question

Hello,I have been experiencing very poor connection for the past 2-3 weeks. The game unplayable. When I enter a game for the first 10 seconds the connection is okay then massive lag spikes happen throughout the whole game. Can’t even play 15 seconds without a lag spike. I have tried everything, I have tried wired connection, changed dns settings, literally everything. And nothing has changed. I used to play normally before without any lags but I don’t know what happened the last two weeks.&nbsp;My speed connection is around 200mp so I surly should play without any ping. I have also ran test for the quality connection report and the results are:Connection score: 31/100ping: 62.23msjitter: 49.17mspacket loss: 0.03%network type: Ethernet&nbsp;quality connection is POOR.&nbsp;is there anyway I could solve this problem?&nbsp;

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Appreciate you getting screenshots of the Connection Quality Report. Let's see if power cycling your equipment helps. Please try these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
Power it all up and try playing again

If that doesn't help, try the connection troubleshooting steps&nbsp;here. Let me know what happens.

I tried that, connection became worse. I have done almost all of these steps and nothing is working. Why is this issue happening? It never happened before!&nbsp;

Have you tried contacting your ISP? Your connection is quite poor so it's something they should investigate to see if there are any issues.&nbsp;
