Possible account-level issue affecting pack rewards consistency (Ultimate Team)
Hello,
I would like to report a potential account-level issue related to pack rewards in Ultimate Team.
I fully understand that pack rewards are generated using a random system. This report is not about individual pack luck, but about a persistent and reproducible pattern observed over a long period of time on the same account.
Across all pack types since the beginning of FC26 , the rewards consistently fall at the lowest possible tier, with no variation over time. This behavior has been observed continuously across multiple weeks and pack categories.
As someone with a background in IT and game systems, this raises a concern about a possible account-level state issue, such as:
- reward pool eligibility not updating correctly,
- account state flags not resetting,
- or synchronization issues between account data and reward generation.
I have contacted EA Support (Case #232901237), but was informed that individual account reviews are not possible. I am therefore posting this here to document the issue for visibility and potential investigation at a system level.
This is not a request for compensation or changes, but a report of an abnormal and persistent behavior.
