Post game press conference glitch

After my game I do the post game press conference and when I choose a decision the decisions freezes and I can’t pick. The game doesn’t freeze and my character moves and there locker room noise but the only way to fix this is to close the game and restart and doing this makes me restart my game which I spent time already playing and player stats and sometime injuries change and sometimes a different result. This needs to be changed ASAP!
