Pre-order rewards are not provided

Hi,

I've pre-ordered the ultimate edition in September, however I haven't received the FC Points / Premium pass for season 1 yet.

Given how many days the game's been out, What's the point of purchasing ultimate edition, if I don't get access to my pre-order benefits before the game is released fully next week?

Please fix this EA.
