Pre-Order Rewards Missing

I pre-ordered FC26 before the deadline and signed into FC26 yesterday 20th into Ultimate teams on Xbox to find not one single reward. No untradeable icon, no season 1 premium pass nothing at all. EA say when the game is launched on the 26th but wasn't the whole reason of me pre-ordering to get these rewards earlier 😥. No one is helping after almost two hours of speaking to EA advisors. 

Due to lots of effort trying to resolve I ended up now having to create a new EA account because this was unlinked in error. I have now lost purchases from this EA account. This is really not fair and technical team should help people more to stop further distress.
