Pre-Purchase EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition -steam

I have bought the fc 26 Pre-Purchase EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition on steam yet it still says i have to wait till the 26th to play?£90 for something that doesnt work!
