Premium pass disappeared

I have paid for premium pass and normally when i press the middle button it takes me to the SP screen showing me the rewards and how far i have got in the rewards process- this has totally disappeared on both mine and my sons login - any ideas

Inactive screen popping up despite playing
Played 2 division rivals games in which the inactivity warning was in the middle of the screen the whole time. Could not see the ball or anyone within that box. I was playing the whole time.
