Premium pass season missing content/ bug apl
Hello,
Today I paid 500k coins for premium pass just to take Toty Icon Petit from level 30. Everything was fine until I claimed him and guess what ? I received the pack instead. I contacted ea help two times and they told to wait few hours. Is already 7 hours and still nothing and still they can't help me. My questions are : what should I do now and why is there "costumer service" if they can't help me? When I put more questions, they just end up the chat without any explanations. I'm sorry, but where I work , if I do this to my clients, will kick out in the second time....so disappointed about everything from game, server to these guy's who are just there to be there...😞
