Premium season pass 3500sp boost not working properly...

The premium season pass level 2 - 3500sp boost is not working. After getting past level i'm still stuck at level 3 and had to earn the normal amount of sp to reach level 4 and 5, instead of getting the boost and start from level 6 instead.
Paid for the premium pass and not getting the premium product...Plz fix it.
