Preorder rewards FC26

How is it possible that I pay $30 extra to get a 7 days advance on the game and some good content but yet haven't received my preorder rewards. Havent played a single game below 50 ping on rivals and have my transfer market locked since friday and all they answer is that its a server issue. Pls help me or refund my money.
