Ultimate Team won't start games

Pre ordered Fc26 through steam, when opening through steam it's telling me 'Only the player associated with the current ultimate team account may start a game session's and if I launch the game through EA app I can play but at the end of the game it tells me couldn't connect to EA servers and doesn't save the result. Any idea how to reallocate my ultimate team account to steam?
