Pro club’s doesn’t work

Hi,

My friend and I have been trying to play Pro Clubs in EA Sports FC 26 for about two weeks and we cannot find a match.

Here is our situation:

- I am playing on PlayStation

- My friend is playing on PC

- Crossplay is enabled

- We can play together in other modes with no problems

- Drop-In matches work perfectly

- The problem only happens in Clubs

When we search for a match it says "Searching for match" for about a minute and then we get "Matchmaking failed".

Things we already tried:

- Deleted and created a new club

- Both of us created different clubs

- Restarted the game many times

- Reinstalled the game

- Contacted EA support

- Tried different captains

- Tried Drop-In before searching

- Checked Crossplay settings

Nothing worked.

Since Drop-In works, it doesn't seem like an internet or connection problem. It looks like something is wrong with Clubs matchmaking when playing PS + PC together.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a fix?
