Pro Clubs Not Working for 4 Months – “Can’t Connect to Server” Issue (Need Help)

Hey everyone,

I’m hoping someone here might be able to help because I’m honestly at my wit’s end with this issue.

For the past 4 months, I’ve been unable to access Pro Clubs. Earlier this year everything worked fine. I was playing FUT, Seasons, and Pro Clubs without any problems. But since renewing my subscription, Pro Clubs hasn’t worked at all, however my  FUT & Seasons work perfectly. 

Every time I try to load into Pro Clubs, I get kicked with the message “can’t connect to server.”

I’ve already gone through all the standard troubleshooting steps (EA AI bot suggestions, forum fixes, router resets, DNS changes, reseting my EA app & playstation accounts etc.), but nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone experienced something similar or managed to fix it? I’d really appreciate any guidance or solutions that worked for you. I have tried emailling and using the Ai Bot (which is useless) because it wouldn't take me to a technical advisor it would just keep sending troubleshoot links which have not helped at all and close our chat.
